Dale G Caldwell

Dale received a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His professional experience includes serving as the Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA), the Executive Director of the Newark Alliance and as a Senior Manager of Deloitte Consulting. His volunteer leadership experience includes serving as President of the New Brunswick Board of Education,

Dale is the President of the Middlesex Regional Educational Services and Commissioner of the Asbury Park Housing Authority. He has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

Matt Stevens

Matt Stevens is passionate about teaching and counseling young men, and specializes in designing curriculum that addresses critical thinking, self management, interpersonal communications and decision making. His books are used in over thirty school districts throughout the United States and Canada.

Matt has consulted with schools and community-based institutions across the country in the area of Parent Programming. He has been recognized as a leader in educational, business and government sectors for his work with single mothers raising male children and for reconnecting fathers with the lives of their children.

His event management experience includes the establishment and coordination of the Young Men Employment Network Student Conference at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Matt also served as principal organizer and manager of the 2002 United States Youth Games which were conducted in Newark, New Jersey

He received a B.A. in Sociology from Bloomfield College and a Mentor Program Manager Certificate from the Fordham University Graduate School for Social Work.
